What currency are your prices in?

All our prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN).

What size am I?

Sizing varies between our garments, so we recommend our " Size Guide " with product measurements. Measurements are in both inches and centimeters. If you need further assistance, our team can answer all your questions about sizing and fit. Email us at hello@amorandrosas.com , including your size and measurements, and we will provide you with personalized advice.

Can I cancel/change my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us at hello@amorandrosas.com . We are happy to make size or color changes, but we do not do returns. Please make sure the shipping address has been entered correctly to avoid delays in delivery.

What happens if my package is lost?

If your package was lost during transit, please email us. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What does final sale mean?

All items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are those with 30% or more.

Send us an email at hello@amorandrosas.com . If it is a style from past collections, we can make it for you. Just keep in mind that production times are 8 – 10 weeks for items with hand embroidery. Other items may take 2 – 6 weeks to make.

Domestic Shipping

 How much does shipping cost in Mexico?

We have different shipping options. Normal domestic shipping costs $190 pesos and we have the express shipping option for $250 pesos. You can also enjoy this shipping for free on purchases over $1,500 pesos with the code AMOR2023.

If you require shipping to an extended national area, shipping is $370 pesos and we do not have an express shipping option.

How fast is your shipping?

 We have different shipping options. Domestic Shipping Normal domestic shipping takes 3 – 5 business days, express service 1 – 2 business days.

Shipping to extended areas of Mexico takes 7 business days. Sometimes there are delays in this service.

Shipping United States

• How much does shipping cost in the United States?

In standard service, shipping is $400 pesos.

• How fast is your shipping?

Shipping times may vary by location within the US - this typically takes between 8-15 business days. Please note that there may be delays as all shipments are made from Mexico City.
