Skull Jacket

Lapel collar, long sleeve jacket. Front chest pockets with flap. Hem with belt loops. Front closure with metal buttons.

On the back it has an embroidery of two minimalist skulls bordered in white.

In Mayan culture, skulls embody rebirth and, far from generating fear, have positive connotations.

Today, we can say that skulls respond to a vision of life in which death is not definitive. It is the fused belief that links the two worlds. Skulls are part of Mexico's cultural heritage.

The embroidery is made in Chiapas by Angélica María's group.
